VendiGrowth

For investors

A kiosk in every mall. Starting with one.

Vendi Growth is building an advertising-supported free photo kiosk network for South Florida malls. We're preparing a lean, one-kiosk pilot in Palm Beach County and talking with early investors now.

The opportunity

One moment. Three winners.

Shoppers watch two or three short local ads, then take free photos. Every session features different businesses, chosen by the platform.

  • Shoppers

Get free, printed photos and optional local coupons. One free session per shopper per day.

  • Local businesses

Get a short ad in front of happy, nearby shoppers, with honest monthly reporting.

  • Malls

Get a family-friendly attraction that keeps people around longer and promotes their own stores.

Business model

How Vendi Growth makes money.

Pilot in preparation

Monthly advertising

Local businesses pay a flat monthly fee per kiosk to join the ad rotation. This is the core revenue in the pilot.

Planned

Vendi Rewards

Stores fund a coupon or gift card for shoppers who scan their receipt, and pay per verified claim or a monthly plan.

Planned

Extras

Sponsored photo frames, extra prints and private events. Left out of the base-case numbers below.

Unit economics (estimate)

What one kiosk could earn.

Planning estimates per kiosk per month at 40 sessions a day, before salaries. These are projections, not results. The pilot exists to test them.

Break-even at about 9 advertisers, out of a ceiling of 12. A thin margin, so the location fee decides whether a kiosk works.

Our pitch to malls: free space in exchange for ad slots for the mall's own events and stores. Extras could add more but are excluded.

The plan

Prove it small. Then grow.

A two-step plan. Amounts are proposed and may change.

Step 1 · Pilot (proposed)

~$80K

One kiosk for six months in a Palm Beach County mall.

Step 2 · Expansion (proposed)

~$200K

Three kiosks over twelve months, raised only after the pilot hits its targets.

Proposed use of pilot funds

  • Kiosk software and ad platform$25,000
  • Location fees (6 months, budgeted high)$15,000
  • Kiosk hardware and printer$15,000
  • Legal, privacy and insurance$6,000
  • Sales and marketing$5,000
  • Operations and support$5,000
  • Photo prints and media$5,000
  • Contingency$4,000
Total (estimate)$80,000

Based on early estimates. Final figures depend on real hardware and location quotes.

Risks

What could go wrong, and our plan.

Location fees are too high

Ask malls for the space in exchange for free ad slots and tenant promotion, and only open where fees stay low.

Advertisers are slow to sign

Founding-advertiser offers, a local sales push before launch, and a community slot for goodwill.

Fewer sessions than planned

Pick high-traffic spots, run in-mall promotions, and move the kiosk if a spot underperforms.

Privacy and photo rules

Shoppers approve or retake before printing. Legal and privacy review before launch. No AI attention features until tested and approved.

Growing too fast

Open the next mall only when existing kiosks reach break-even.

FAQ

Questions investors ask.

Is the kiosk operating today?
Not yet. The first kiosk is in preparation, with a target launch in early 2027. Images on this site are concept renderings.
Are Vendi Rewards and AI attention estimates live?
No. Both are planned features. AI attention estimates won't be used until they are tested and legally approved.
Why start with one kiosk?
A small pilot tests real demand from advertisers and shoppers before larger money is at risk, and makes the expansion raise easier to evaluate.
Can I see the full business plan?
Yes. Send an investor inquiry and we'll share the plan and model directly.
